The SPU-400 is a Samsung 4 Channel Power Supply hub capable of supplying 28VAC or 24VAC over a long distance (1000 feet) on UTP cable and combining it with video from the camera’s UTP cable. It also combines the video from the 4 channels onto a single RJ45 connector for Cat 5 cable and transmits it to the Samsung SPU-400R which converts the video back to 4 BNC cables. The SPU-400 comes equipped with lightning and surge protection, RS-485 and video input support, in addition to automatic fault detection.
