NQWeb is a platform hosting several web applications that unlock the value of customer-perception-oriented tests performed by SwissQual QualiPoc and Diversity products. It achieves this by controlling the retrieval, storage, organization, and reporting of data collected during drive and walk tests; thus, helping engineers to make changes to the network and to assist managers in making strategic decisions.
NQWeb offers several modules with a common web user interface. Web Reporting securely shares data analysis and reports with executives, engineers and technicians via the web. Automation Agent provides configurable and automated procedures for managing measurement data, for importing it into the NQDI databases, and for generating reports with e-mail distribution and alerts via SMS, e-mail and a direct SNMP alarm system interface. System Inspector controls and monitors fleets of monitoring devices, highlights service performance and raises configurable alerts. All in realtime.
- Web portal based on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows® server as well as Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit platforms
- Role-based user management with dedicated user accounts or LDAP authentication
- Wide-ranging technology coverage: GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, LTE, CDMA, EVDO, WiMAX™, HSPA+, HSDPA DC, iDEN, IS-136
- Concurrent access to NQDI databases over the intranet with more than 200 network and service KPIs for reporting (MS Excel®, Crystal Reports® and MS Reporting Services®)
- Fully configurable plot engine that supports more than 500 map plot items in MapInfo (MapXtreme®), all exportable to Google Earth
- Automatic report generation for e-mail distribution
- SQL-based alarm scripting with SMS, e-mail and SNMP alarm system interface
- Fleet monitoring with dashboards that display realtime test result summaries, probe status monitoring in maps and dedicated alert history monitor for QualiPoc Remote Control units
- Scheduling of post processing and alarming tasks
- NQWeb offers full access to benchmarking data live over the web. This data can be accessed from any desktop client computer, and it is easy and fast to produce reports and map plots
- Because it is a web-based system, NQWeb provides a rapid, lightweight interface to large volumes of data that can be made available immediately without desktop processing tools
- NQWeb adapts the user interface to the needs of each user, making it possible to streamline the user’s workflow and ensuring that what you need is what you see
- NQWeb allows multiple concurrent users to access Network Quality Data Investigator (NQDI) measurement databases. Our largest installation has more than 200 users with access to the same nationwide dataset
- NQWeb shares the automated analysis of CS and PS call issues provided by NQDI, helping the user find the top most quality-degrading network problems within just a few seconds
- NQWeb utilizes MS Excel reporting and MapInfo map plot engines and can be equipped with Crystal Reports, which makes it easy to design compelling, interactive reports
- Engineers are able to see complete sessions and L3 decodes for specific geographic areas, but not the confidential KPI results of nationwide benchmarking campaigns available to executives
- Because it is built on the same database backend, NQWeb reporting and mapping capabilities are easily shared across an organization with mixed NQDI and NQWeb reporting clients
- NQWeb can generate comprehensive KPI reporting, map plots and historical KPI trending analyses live, meaning they become immediately available to all web users
- System Inspector allows realtime monitoring of remotely controlled Diversity systems
