CCS-150 Central Control System provides control for different interfaces and protocols. The system uses modular design, and all the modules support rear insert. Each communication module has main & backup communication circuits. CCS-150 provides internal redundant power supply units, main/backup control systems and arbitration for the safety and reliability of the system. The controller supports manual & automatic modes. In the automatic mode, main & backup control systems detect the data of the two BUS separately. If the main channel communication fails, the system will switch main channel to backup channel automatically. If the backup channel remains normal, the system will still be in backup even if the main channel recovers. If the backup channel fails, the system will switch to the main channel. In the manual mode, dual control systems will detect the data of the two BUS separately. If main channel communication fails, the system will communicate to PC for alarm. The main channel will convert to backup channel manually via the switch on front panel. Broadcast master control system is composed of central control system (CCS-150), broadcast control, master control system (MC-150), peripheral equipments (keyer, emergency changeover, audio compressor/Limiter, clock/logo generator) and routing switchers. CCS-150 can combine control system with different protocols.
