The two super-speed 24 AWG solid silver plated copper twin-ax pairs are built with foam polyolefin to 90 ohms and are shielded with an aluminum/PET tape with a 26 AWG solid silver plated copper drain wire on the inside of the foil shield. The pair's taped surface is marked for easy identification.

The low speed pair is made with 24 AWG, 19/36 TC and insulated with flame retardant polyolefin. The power wires are 24 AWG, 19/36 TC with semi-rigid PVC insulation.
