Small, portable, frequency agile,QAM (Annex B) and 8VSB modulator with USB or ASI input for the real time output of Live or Stored MPEG-2 or H.264 streams (SPTS or MPTS) coming via ASI or local hard drive to coax RF CCTV systems with many modern plasma and LCD televisions equipped with built-in QAM or 8VSB tuners. Inexpensive and easy to use device for use in commercial establishments where a video based message is available from a satellite feed directly to the BNC RF in connector or from the local hard drive and sent to the modulator via USB. Includes comprehensive transport stream playout application with scheduling.
