The DAC-75T up/down/cross converter is designed to convert video signals from VGA, HDMI, SDI with Audio input to 3G/HD/SD SDI outputs for breakout rooms or conference presentations. Based on the DAC-70 our most popular video converter, the DAC-75T combines usefulness with an easy to use 7” touch screen interface. It is no longer needed to configure your cross-converter using dip switches. Simply navigate through the on-screen menu to output to projectors/monitors, recorders or encoders in the room. RCA inputs allow audio to be embedded to the output of the video signal for recording purposes.
DAC-75T could be used for any conference where presentations are projected in a breakout rooms, conference room or an auditorium. The interface allows any keynote speaker to select one of three inputs for their a data or video presentation which is connected to DAC-75T inputs of HDMI, SDI or VGA. The DAC-75T will send the scaled source to all outputs which is 2-SDI and 1-HDMI.
The interface of DAC-75T has two GUI interfaces; “Presenter Mode” as well as “Professional Mode”. “The Presenter Mode” allows the speaker to only select the input source for their laptop or video device as well as basic resolution changes. The “Professional Mode” is accessed by touching the DAC-75T screen with 3 fingers simultaneously Only the AV technician will know how to access this mode. This will open a new menu for more precise output resolutions, and frame rates. By limiting the presenter to only “Presenter Mode”, the presenter won’t accidently change the resolutions which were set up in advance for the recorder and projector in the room.
